Su importancia radica en que impulsa la resiliencia, reduce el estr\u00e9s y potencia el desempe\u00f1o acad\u00e9mico durante una etapa en la que la inteligencia emocional es un predictor clave del \u00e9xito futuro (Alc\u00edvar, V\u00e9lez, &amp; Tapia, 2023).
